Second ESN Health Day
Together with the AOK, we organize a health day featuring the topic of stress management. This year's program for our employees consists of lectures on stress and chronobiology, an introduction to progressive muscle relaxation, a yoga taster session, as well as a cardio scan and blood sugar measurements. In addition, there are some information booths, a relaxation mat test and, starting at noon, a healthy snack for everyone.
